Mr. Bey is a capital markets executive with over two decades of experience in the junior exploration industry. Mr. Bey has exploration experience with uranium, gold, silver, diamonds and oil and gas in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has public company experience across several sectors and with companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V, CSE, and LSE Exchanges. Mr. Bey is the Chairman of Ophir Metals Corp and the founder and Managing Director of the Steel Rose Group of companies.
Sean Hillacre
President and VP of Exploration
Mr. Hillacre has over a decade of experience working as an economic geologist in the Athabasca Basin uranium district of Saskatchewan, with 5 years as part of the technical team progressing the Arrow uranium deposit towards production with NexGen Energy. A high-energy, results-oriented geoscientist, Mr. Hillacre brings a unique and balanced background integrating academic geoscience with industry experience, along with a comprehensive understanding of project development. Mr. Hillacre received his B.Sc. & M.Sc. degrees in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan and published the first comprehensive academic study on a world-class uranium deposit in the SW Athabasca Basin in Economic Geology.
Vivien Chuang
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Chuang is a Chartered Professional Accountant (BC, Canada) with more than fifteen years of experience in the resource and mining sector. Her experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of Azincourt Energy Corp., a uranium developer in the world-class Athabasca Basin uranium district of Canada; BluEnergies Ltd.; and Muzhu Mining Ltd. Ms. Chuang also served as Chief Financial Officer of Northern Empire Resources Corp., a Nevada-focused mining company that was acquired by Coeur Mining in 2018, K2 Gold Corporation (formerly West Melville Metals Inc.) and Chakana Copper Corp. (formerly Remo Resources Inc.). Currently, Ms. Chuang is Vice President Finance of Jasper Management and Advisory Corp. And President of VC Consulting Corp. which provides CFO and other financial accounting and compliance services to a number of companies. Ms. Chuang articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
