Jon Bey

Mr. Bey is a capital markets executive with over two decades of experience in the junior exploration industry. Mr. Bey has exploration experience with uranium, gold, silver, diamonds and oil and gas in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has public company experience across several sectors and with companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V, CSE, and LSE Exchanges. Mr. Bey is the Chairman of Ophir Metals Corp and the founder and Managing Director of the Steel Rose Group of companies.
Blair Jordan
Independent Director
Mr. Jordan is the co-founder and CEO of HighMont Advisors Inc., a North American focused strategy and finance consultancy. Previously, Mr. Jordan served as CFO and Interim CEO of several listed companies, and prior thereto, as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. Before joining Echelon, Mr. Jordan spent nearly 10 years with Credit Suisse in London, New York and Tokyo. Before joining Credit Suisse, he was a securities lawyer with Bennett Jones LLP in Calgary. He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and an LLB from the University of British Columbia. As a former banker, Mr. Jordan has extensive experience working in public markets, and currently sits on the board of several companies, including those listed on the TSXV and TSX, as well as private companies.
Kenneth Judge

Ken Judge is a highly experienced investor and developer of public and private companies having been a founder, chairman, CEO or Non-Executive Director of more than 30 companies operating in many different countries and across various sectors including the exploration and production of natural resources (including Gold and Silver, Uranium, Diamonds and Titanium minerals) oil and gas and “big data” and digital marketing technologies. Mr. Judge has extensive experience in evaluating and executing public and private “cross border” merger and acquisition opportunities and the public listing and regulatory compliance of companies listed on the TSX, TSX-V, Nasdaq, LSE, ASX, HKSE, Philippines and Peru stock exchanges. Mr. Judge is a long-time resident of Monaco, has undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in law and finance from the University of Western Australia and is the chief executive officer of Hamilton Capital Partners Limited.
Mike Young
Independent Director
Mr Young is a mining executive and resource development geologist with a strong capability in team building, feasibility studies, managing joint ventures, execution of mine development and management of mining operations. Mr Young holds a BSc (Geology) from Queen’s University, Kingston.
He was the CEO and Managing Director of Vimy Resources Limited which owned and operated the Mulga Rock and Alligator River Projects. Vimy was recently acquired by Deep Yellow Limited.
His previous experience also includes inaugural CEO of BC Iron Limited which developed an iron ore mine from first drilling program in under four years. He also founded Cassini Resources Limited which acquired and expanded the Nebo-Babel Cu-Ni-PGE deposit in Western Australia. Cassini was acquired by OZ Minerals Limited in 2019. Mr Young was also CEO of Frontier Energy, a solar-hydrogen clean energy company.
Doug Engdahl

Mr. Engdahl has over two decades of experience managing various companies with over 18 years of geological experience in both junior and major exploration and mining sectors across North America and in Africa. His extensive mineral exploration experience has been focused on data compilation and interpretation, drill target generation and drill program management, as well as resource and mine modeling with focus on structural geology and resource calculations.
